Constantis Media was founded in 2019 by Konstantin Stepaniuk, an award-nominated film and theater director with an extensive background in acting, directing, and teaching. Konstantin’s career began in Ukraine, where he studied acting at the Kyiv Municipal Academy of Variety and Circus Arts (2004) and directing at the Kyiv National I.K. Karpenko-Kary Theatre, Cinema and Television University (2013). He later expanded his expertise at the Moscow Film School, specializing in indie cinema (2021), and earned certification as a licensed drama teacher and acting coach (2024).

Having worked in China since 2009, Konstantin directed theater productions in Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Nanjing, including a circus show for the Nanjing Acrobatic Association in 2014. He also taught drama and body language at Shanghai University of Visual Art and worked with prestigious brands such as Dior, Gucci, and Mercedes-Benz as a model.

Constantis Media specializes in video and sound production, producing high-quality, innovative projects that have earned nominations for The 48-Hour Film Project in 2023 and 2024.
